When discussing instructions, we will forward our Terms of Engagement. It is
assumed that for all work that we are instructed to undertake, the conditions as stated in our Terms of Engagement will apply, unless a separate written arrangement is in place which clarifies the nature of the Terms of Engagement under which the work is being undertaken.
